introduction | niobium oxalate is a white crystal powder with weak acidity and is harmful to human skin and respiratory tract. Soluble in water. An important property of niobium oxalate is soluble in water. The solubility of niobium oxalate in water is not large, and the Nb content in water at 20°C is less than 5g/l. With the deepening of the research, ammonia is introduced into the preparation process of niobium oxalate, so niobium oxalate has a more complex structure, and its solubility in water becomes greater. The Nb content in water exceeds 20g/l at 20 ℃. With the increase of temperature, the Nb content in water will be higher. Niobium oxalate cannot exist stably in the solution above 80 ℃, and white Nb(OH)5 will be generated. Niobium oxalate is dissolved in water. When the ammonia content and niobium content are constant, the acidity of the solution increases linearly with the increase of the dissolved amount. |
Application | Application of niobium oxalate in dielectric materials Niobium is mainly used in capacitor ceramics in dielectric materials. Compounds added with niobium have a larger dielectric constant. Niobium oxalate is an excellent precursor of niobium oxide. The temperature at which it is converted into niobium oxide is low, and its water solubility makes its division in the material more uniform. Therefore, adding niobium oxalate in the production process of dielectric materials can make the electronic components have smaller electrical loss, larger magnetic conductivity and smaller volume, which can improve the performance of electronic components. |
